Challenge of cancer cervix

HPV and cytologic cotesting is more sensitive to detect precancerous and high risk cases for carcinoma cervix. This testing is advisable wherever possible instead of simple pap smear cytology. If the cotesting is negative there are no chances of cancer development in next 5years.
